PocketTape is free to use and shows ads. PocketTape Pro removes the ads and adds area measurement, unlimited saved measurements and spreadsheet export. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled there at any time.

How accurate is it?

The camera tape estimates distance from what the camera sees. It is good for quick sizing and gets less reliable on plain, shiny or dimly lit surfaces. For anything you will cut, drill or order to size, confirm with a real tape.
